Welcome to 2019 International Conference on Agriculture, Green Economics, and Energy
Welcome to the official site of the 2019 International Conference on Agriculture, Green Economics, and Energy (AGE 2019). The conference will be held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan during July 22-24, 2019. The aim of AGE 2019 is to present the latest researches related to agriculture, green economics, and energy topics. This conference provides opportunities for delegates from different disciplines to exchange new ideas and applications face to face, to establish business or research network and to look for global partners for future collaboration. It is anticipated that a broad range of research and applied topics will be covered during the conference.
We welcome both full-length papers and abstracts. Manuscripts must be submitted online through the conference management system. All submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent peers for technical merit and content. We invite scholars, experts and professionals from agriculture, green economics, and energy to join us.
Chin-Jen Chang is the president of Taiwan Association of Resources Sustainability and Low-Carbon Economic. He received his doctoral degree from University of Florida, USA. Since 2010, Professor Chang has served as a chair of wind energy standard technical committee to help Bureau of Standard of MOE to establish local CNS standards comparable with the IEC 61400 series wind energy standard. He also served as a track manager for wind energy project of National Energy Program Phase I and II (NEP I and NEP II) to review wind energy technology development projects for Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). Professor Chang teaches in Sustainability Science & Engineering Program, International College, Tunghai University, Taiwan.
Professor Tatiana Zaytseva graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of Psychology. She studied at Yale University, USA (faculty of Psychology), Joint Vienna Institute (Austria), IRI Management; Rome (Italy). She has degrees: Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, PhD in Psychology, Doctor of Economics. Currently she is working as Professor and Coordinator of the MPA Program at School of Public Administration Lomonosov Moscow State University, Head of International Affairs Department. Professor Tatiana Zaytseva has a proven track record in teaching, scientific research and expertise in international collaboration between universities, being a specialist in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology. Since 1998 she has been teaching courses on HRM, Quality Management, Recruitment &Selection, Pay &Remuneration, Labor Relations, Administrative Ethics. She is an author and editor of 12 books and 58 articles on Human Resource Management, Quality Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Personnel Management in Public Sector, Civil Service Reforms (co-authoring with the Prime Minister of Russian Federation Dmitriy Medvedev), HRM accounting. She is a member of the editorial Board of two international and three Russian scientific journals included in Scopus and SCI. Professor T. Zaytseva is actively engaged in national and international research projects in Argentina, Britain, China, Germany, Kazakhstan, Russia, Taiwan, Sweden, and across Europe. She is also involved into management consulting projects. Among the clients there are both Russian and foreign companies. Along with teaching and research, she has considerable work experience in the sphere of education management. Since 2004 she is the director of International Summer School for professional development of teachers in the field of management and public administration. The mission of the School is to advance excellence of academics in teaching and research providing insights to different types of teaching techniques, disseminating best academic attainments and expertise, enhancing quality of teaching. As the Head of International Affairs Department she is in charge of collaboration with foreign universities and different International Research Centers. The main objective here is to bring together teachers and students from universities and international associations as well as from international scientific research community through launching bilateral agreements, initiating research cooperations, forming networks and designing joint programs. Languages: English-fluent, German-good knowledge.
Li-Ren Yang is a professor and chair of Department of Business Administration at Tamkang University. He was born in Taipei City, Taiwan. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Texas at Austin and master’s degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. Yang’s research interest is on project management, technology management, new product development, benchmarking strategies and diversity issues in the high-tech industry. Professor Yang has published more than 40 papers in international journals and more than 30 papers in conference proceedings.
